John Sharp did an amazing job helping us find and purchase our dream home! He went above and beyond to help us attain this goal, especially since our dream home happened to be far away from his office. He helped us strategize a great plan and our offer was accepted below asking price. (He had also helped us sell our home above asking price as well so due to his help we were able to come out ahead in both instances!). John helped our selling and buying process be way less stressful than it usually is. He was with us for the long haul and was always positive and made himself available to us when we needed him. I am forever thankful to him for him making this process possible and enjoyable. I would recommend John to anyone that wants a great experience buying or selling a house.

He is so kind and professional, he went above and beyond what we could have expected. To be quite honest- our house was very quirky and on the older side so we thought it was going to be a really tough sell- but John Sharp not only went the extra mile (our home was also quite far from his office) but he made us feel so good about our property and was able to help find us the perfect buyer. I was very impressed with his positive attitude, his professionalism and how hard he worked for us to sell our admittedly difficult house in such a turbulent housing environment that we were selling it in.
